Introduction
These terms and conditions form the contractual basis between you and Island Quest Boat Charters (“we”, “us”, “our”). Upon requesting a booking confirmation, it is understood that you have read and agreed to these terms, which detail our mutual rights and obligations.

Liability


- General: We are not liable for loss, damage, accidents, illness, delays, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including adverse weather and natural disasters.


-Safety: The safety of our passengers is paramount. Our Licensed Captain, who is qualified and certified, is always in command.

 Changes and Cancellations
- We reserve the right to alter routes, pick-up, and drop-off points due to weather or safety considerations. Any changes will be communicated promptly.


- By booking and paying a deposit, you accept these terms, including the Waiver conditions.

 Offers, Discounts, and Charters


- Special Offers & Discounts: Contact us directly for information.


- Private Boat Charters: Prices vary by boat and passenger number, including a licensed captain, fuel, port fees, and taxes.

Facilities and Conditions
- Our boats come equipped with a marine toilet and fridge.
- Charters are customizable, pet-friendly, and start at the booked time. Late arrivals may not result in extended charter times.

Accessibility and Delays
- Please contact us for accessibility information.
- The captain decides on proceeding with or cancelling the charter in case of late arrivals, without extending the scheduled end time.

Alcohol and Conduct
- Alcohol consumption by those under 18 is prohibited. We may request photo ID.
- Misconduct may result in the charter being paused or terminated without a refund.

Liability and Passenger Responsibilities
- Island Quest Boat Charters is not responsible for loss or damage to passenger property.
- Passengers are liable for damages they cause and undertake all activities at their own risk.

 

General Liability
- We are not liable for personal injury or damage before, during, or after the charter.

Payment, Refunds, and Weather Policy


- Group bookings are confirmed with an invoice, payable before the trip.
- Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. Later cancellations are not refunded.


- Weather-related charter cancellations may result in an alternative date or a refund.

Environmental Responsibility
- Passengers must follow environmental guidelines and dispose of waste properly.

​

Complaints Procedure
- Immediate reporting of complaints is encouraged for timely resolution. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the charter's conclusion.
